Happy International Month of the Camel (and an apology)!

Since Halloween we’ve been inundated with holiday decorating and baking and cooking, boundless merriment and festivity, joyous camaraderie, and all that gift shopping and giving and getting and returning and re-gifting.

And now, Christmas is over and the New Year festivities are approaching. That means you’ll either be jumping for joy because it’s almost all over until next year...or you’ll be dreading the case of post-holiday blues you’ll soon be nursing.

Either way, it’s okay. There’s no need to abandon those special feelings of holiday fun and excitement, people, because I, Super Earthling, have a brilliant solution guaranteed to make everyone happy!

Since the first month of the year is such a blah, dead sort of month, I am hereby declaring a brand new holiday for the entire month of January! The good news? You don’t have to do any decorating or shopping or baking or cooking or hanging out with relatives you detest. All you have to do is keep the spirit of the holiday in your heart and you will positively radiate with joy!

To all of you, my very dear blog readers, I wish you a New Year brimming with good health, happiness, love and success. And for the entire month of January, may each of you enjoy a...

Happy International Month of the Camel - by Super Earthling

Sincere thanks for taking the time from your busy schedules to read my blog. I hope it has brought a few smiles and some laughter to your days and will continue to do so in the future.

The Apology Part: As for those of you kind people who leave comments on my blog--THANK YOU SO MUCH! I appreciate it more than you’ll ever know. With my jam-packed writing schedule I’m afraid I’ve been the world’s absolute worst blogger on the planet when it comes to reciprocating on your blogs. As much as I’ve tried to accomplish both, I simply haven’t been able to master my time well enough to visit and comment on your blogs and write books too. Please accept my sincere apologies. In the coming year, I promise to do my best to visit your blogs and comment whenever possible.

Hugs and big sloppy camel smooches to you all...

  8. Post-holiday blues? I always have the blues. People are always saying, You can choose to be happy. Well, I believe in choosing misery.

    1. No ma'am, you do NOT choose misery. I know that for a fact because if that was really the case, you wouldn't be visiting my blog or other blogs designed to make you smile. :D

Unless, of course, visiting my blog somehow adds to your misery (if it does, PLEASE don't tell me). :-o
